Replacing the Dial System

Our dial closure systems are engineered to endure the lifecycle of the footwear products they are paired with. In the unlikely event that a component of the dial system fails, we will promptly provide you with a replacement.

To ensure we replace your dial with the correct system, please review the following;

If the logo on the dial turns (One piece cap) – it is the STS system. Or if the logo is stationary when you turn the dial – it is the R system.
